What is your Return Policy?  

We accept items for exchange, refund or return within 21 days of original purchase. *No exceptions*
All Items must meet the following criteria:
• All tags must be attached.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
• Must be purchased from www.Studio128fit.com
• Exchanges for items purchased outside of www.Studio128fit.com will not be accepted.
• Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment.

How do I Return/Exchange an Item? 


• Place your item in either a box or a mailer.  
• Email us @ info@studio128fit.com.  We will send you a return label. (see below for address to send returns)
• Drop the package off at your nearest UPS/post office.
• Once your order has been received, we will process your refund or exchange for all eligible items.

Items received after 21 days of the original purchase will be returned back to sender + will not be refunded.

What is your Shipping Policy? 

 

Currently, Studio128fit.com only ships within the US.  Free Shipping on all orders.

When will my item(s) ship?

Your order will ship out 1-2 business days (M-F).  You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. 

I don't see an item in my size.  Can I still order it?  

It depends on the designer and availability.  We are constantly looking to expand our inventory with new styles for the seasons and trends.  If there is an item that you are interested in and your size is sold out, email us at info@studio128fit.com.  We will try our best to order your size. 

You carry a designer that I love, but not a specific item in their collection.  Is there a way to special order?

Best bet is to email us at info@studio128fit.com.  Based on availability, we may be able to accommodate you.
